This is the official site of the Hastings division of the Round Table. We organise the Hastings Beer and Music Festival which has raised over £1 million for good causes in and around Hastings.
This site was commissioned in order to improve the online prescence of the Hastings Round Table with two goals in mind.
Firstly, as a channel to communicate our charitable activities with a wider ordiance. This is achieved via a blog section where we post about the projects we fund. Most of our members are active in the local community and so having this additional way to commiunicate is great and complements our Facebok page nicely.
Secondly, we wanted to make it easier for groups to apply for funding. With the website we now have a 'donation request' page where interested parties can complete an online form to easily apply for funding.
Web design
The website was designed and built by Hastings Digital a Web Design Agency in Hastings. We worked closely with Adam at Hastings Digital to produce a clean functional website which is exactly what we were after.
The site itself is hosted using the latest version of the Joomla CMS. The template and design is bespoke and uses the excellent Inuit CSS framework.
